21. The Purchaser shall pay the Seller instantly. If the Purchaser stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, keep shipment of any further Goods to the Buyer and may end, without liability to the Buyer, any or all subsisting agreements in between the Seller and the Purchaser.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
