14. If the Seller fails to consist of the expense of unique packaging in the Purchase Rate the Purchaser should pay to the Seller such expenses on demand.

21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller right away. If the Purchaser fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, withhold delivery of any further Goods to the Purchaser and might terminate, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all surviving contracts between the Seller and the Buyer.
